How We Find The Best Fit

Pharma-Cruiting is a dynamic executive search firm specializing in Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology and Medical Devices with a focus on Oncology, Precision Medicine, Immuno-Oncology and Immunotherapy throughout the United States and globally.

1.    Preliminary Needs Assessment

We collaborate with you to gain a full understanding of your corporate structure, corporate culture, core values, business vision, management team, compensation and benefits package.  To create an ideal candidate profile, together we identify and prioritize the professional competencies, background, experience, educational requirements and qualifications that you require.  The more we understand about your business and your needs, the better we can serve you.

2.    Preparation and Confirmation of Job Description

Based on initial discussions with you, if required we prepare a written job description that defines the scope and responsibilities of the position. Upon your final approval, this written job description serves as the master recruiting guideline for our recruiting team. We then develop a set of position-specific and client-specific interview questions so that each candidate is objectively assessed utilizing the same criteria.

3.    Talent Identification, Initial Screening and Assessment

We begin our extensive research, targeting organizations from which to headhunt potential candidates and reach out to our vast network of industry contacts. In addition, we leverage our existing proprietary database of candidates, all of whom have been pre-qualified through previously conducted interviews with our recruiting team. We then contact targeted candidates and evaluate their suitability for the role, the culture fit and their interest level in the position.

4.    In-Depth Phone Interviews and Presentation

Our team conducts in-depth interviews with candidates who pass our initial screening to assess the candidates’ overall fit with the opportunity. We then present resumes and interview summaries to you for review and discussion.

5.    Interviews

We schedule the Interviews with your management team and the candidates.

6.    Final Feedback, Offer and Negotiations

Participant feedback is reviewed to determine the next steps. Once a final candidate is identified, we handle the offer and negotiations.

7.   Client/Candidate

Follow up

Once the candidate begins employment, we continue to maintain open communication, monitoring the candidate’s progression and your satisfaction during the first 30-60- 90-180 days of your new employee’s tenure.
